The registration fee depends on the number of classes and countries. Please let us know about your trade mark and interested goods and/or services before we provide a price quote for your review.

Our registration fee includes trademark formality check, drafting specification of goods and/or services, preparing the application and government official fees. 

The registration fee does not include the fee for reviewing any Office Actions and suggesting ways to overcome objections from the Examiner.

The cost depends on the number of countries and number of registrations/applications. We charge based on our hourly rate of NZD 180. It will usually take 0.5 hours to 6 hours, depending on the size of the portfolio.
